We want our customers to have a worry-free experience with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with any item purchased from our stores, simply return it to us for an
exchange or refund. No worries…ever!
You may return any online purchase to one of our five neighborhood stores located in the Twin Cities Metro Area. Please do not ship returns to a store, returns at local stores must be made in person. Be sure the item is in its original packaging and all parts and literature are in the box. You’ll need to bring your receipt, or gift receipt, with you at the time of the return. Lost your receipt? Contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you.
For those of you not in the Twin Cities Metro Area, we’re more than happy to accept your returns via return shipping. Email us at email@example.com to initiate a return and request a return shipping label. Please include your original order number found on your receipt. We’re more than happy to exchange an item or provide a full refund, less the original shipping fees.
Since we work with a family-run seed distributor who takes as much pride in their work as we do ours, we trust that you will be satisfied with your seed.
In the event however, that something is wrong with your seed or the package was damaged, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may work with you to resolve the situation.
