The following instructions will help you apply your Frequent Feeder Membership to your online order so you have access to the same discount that you receive in our stores.
- Shop our store by adding an item to your cart.
2. View your cart by clicking the shopping cart “My Order” icon at the top right of your screen. Then click the “Proceed to Checkout” button at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Fill in your email address but NOT a password and then click on the “Create an Account” button. This will bring you to the account registration screen where you can enter a password and your membership number.
4. NOTE: You may see the “We Found Your Email Address” message, if so, enter your Postal Code and click the “YES” button. If not, proceed to Step 5.
5. Complete the form and click “create your account”
6. If you don’t see your member number appear (like the one circled in the image below) and your automatic member discount applied, then click the “Apply Promotional Code” button and proceed to Step 7. If your discount IS showing, then proceed to Step 8.
7. OPTIONAL promotional code instructions (if you don’t see your member number listed in top left corner): Enter Promotional Code “FFM15” and click the “Apply” button. This will give you a one-time discount on your first order and we’ll link your membership for you so your discount will apply automatically next time.
8. Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in the lower right of the screen to complete your order.
