Open Role:
- Manager in Training: Full-time, salaried position with available medical and retirement benefits once qualified. This position will be placed at a new location for All Seasons, but has been a well-established location for many, many years in the Shoreview, Vadnais Heights, North Oaks area. You’ll be guiding a vibrant part-time team that you’ll get to hire and train to ensure the store shines and customers smile every day.
Manager Skill Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service and people skills with the desire to go the extra mile.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a history of leading a team to success.
- Proven expertise in sales, merchandising, and customer service.
- Ability to strategize, set, and achieve sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills for training and mentoring staff.
- Adeptness with Windows-based computer applications including: MS Office Suite, internet, email and Zoom applications.
- Familiarity with comprehensive point of sale systems that include: inventory control, customer management, and business metrics reporting.
- Experience in creating a welcoming and inclusive store environment.
